Illustrators - excellent Polish painters, graphic artists, designers who replaced easels and large exhibition halls with books for children. Today they are a national treasure. They created illustrations that were unique in every respect because they did not compromise, did not delve into infantilism, took the child seriously and did not impose their vision. The highest quality of works was ensured not only by the artists themselves, but also by graphic teams working under the leadership of true masters.
